If you’re driving an M3, M4, M5 or M6, you already know you’re in something serious. The twin-turbo S55 and S63 engines are monsters straight from the factory – huge power, huge potential and that unmistakable M character.

But even these engines are still made to breathe through restrictive, disposable paper filters designed around cost and emissions targets, not enthusiasts. They get the job done, but they’re not exactly helping your M engine give its best.

The K&N High-Flow Panel Air Filters change that. Supplied as a pair to suit the twin intakes on these M cars, they’re a direct, drop-in replacement for the factory paper elements. No cutting, no extra parts – just remove the old filters and slide the K&Ns into the original airboxes.

Using K&N’s multi-layered, oiled cotton gauze construction, these filters offer significantly more airflow than the stock paper elements while still providing excellent filtration. In the real world that means sharper throttle response, improved mid-range punch and a more purposeful induction sound when you really lean on the throttle.
